We have designed and executed the establishment of distinct farms, Farm-to-table concepts across varied climatic zones in India, each serving as a model of sustainable and profitable agricultural practice.

EP Delhi Hub, 1 Acre: Market Garden & Farm to Table

A turnkey implementation for Conceptualising, Planning, Designing and Implementing a 1 market Garden along with a farm-to-table setup integration. The Market Garden was setup to supply vegetables, herbs and flowers in a CSA (Customer Supported Agriculture) subscription model and to own Farm Kitchen. Project was undertaken to do detailed enterprise development and end to end execution.

Lodi The Garden Restaurant; Farm-to-Table 

Our project on Lodi Road, New Delhi, aimed to transform a 1/4 acre plot into a productive regenerative market garden, seamlessly integrated with a farm-to-table restaurant concept which included enough outside seating space for diners. The project idea revolved around a restaurant which catered to indigenous crop varieties that can be grown in Delhi’s climatic zone which scored high on the rarity scale. It also required us to help the chef and the kitchen team in detailing such varieties from across the country

UNDP Project for CIS in West Sikkim & Uttarkashi

Lead the CIS design for 12 prioritized GPs including identification of key stakeholders, discussion with identified stakeholders, review of existing CIS system in collaboration with project team. This involved developing a framework and different sets of questionnaires for Group Discussions with the Gram Panchayats and discussions with the State level and District level officials ranging from KVK heads, Agriculture officers, Disaster Management, ICAR and more.

Mirzapur, 25 Acres; Crop Production & Soil Building

A test run during the monsoon season on a 25 acre piece of land part of a 300 acre parcel in extremely arid regions of Mirzapur in Uttar Pradesh. We cultivated around 12 varieties of millets and pulses in alley cropping systems for developing future agroforestry and commercial crop cultivation. Holistic Grazing Management trials were also conducted using Cows and low-cost mobile chicken coop’s. From detailed designing of the chicken coop contexualised to the Mirzapur climate, to complete planning of grazing paddocks, SOPs for running a holistically grazed meat enterprise and plan was undertaken.

Chennai, 8 Acres, Permaculture Design

A contexualised permaculture design project done on 8 acres around Chennai 2021-2022. The design included planning and execution of water harvesting structures, along with agroforestry, spaces for crop production, vegetable production, integrated grazing spaces, and some drainage solutions for seasonal monsoon flooding.

Manesar, 2 Acres, Market Garden and Permaculture Design

A turnkey plan for execution of a market garden, food forest, alleway cropping systems along with setup of some protected cultivation, and a lot more in sandy areas of the Aravalli belt in Manesar, Haryana.

Pune, 4 Acres: Permaculture Design, Alleyway Agroforestry

A Permaculture and Regenerative Agriculture design contextualised to 4 acres in Pune, Maharashtra. About 1500 fruit trees and agroforestry trees in alley cropping systems was undertaken with enough space in between the alleys for scaling up of vegetable and crop productions.

Bihar, 14 Acres: Permaculture Design

14 Acre Regenerative agriculture and permaculture design project and execution project in rural Bihar. The project seamlessly integrates managed agroforestry, aquaculture, commercial crops, animals, a market garden and a host of spaces intended for community development.

Delhi, Prema Culture: 1 Acre Market Garden

First project designed for self, setup as a Market garden with the intention to grow and sell highly nutritious vegetables in a CSA model. The focus was on soil building, creating a market around organic and regenerative produce grown locally.
